* Yearly Health Form from Good Shepherd must be completed prior to the first day of class. If you already have one on file for the year, there is no need to fill out another.*

Registration and Tuition Policies

  • All tuition payments are encouraged to be paid in full prior to the 1st day of class. However, special arrangements can be made by communicating directly with the Director.
  • All registrations will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis, no exceptions.
  • Each class has a set level of capacity. Classes will close once this level has been reached. If there is enough evidence of interest, the director may open more classes at specified locations. Please call the Director for any futher questions.
  • If a student drops prior to the 2nd week of classes, they will be issued a full refund. If a student drops after the 2nd week of class, no refund can be given. If a student drops prior to the first day of camp, a full refund will be given; however if they attend the first day of camp, no refunds can be given. No refunds can be given for missed classes or low attendance.
  • Preview classes: If a student is unsure if they are interested in Dancing Disciples, they are encouraged to attend the 1st week as a preview class, free of charge. They are still required to notify the Director that they are attending prior to the 1st day. Registration is still only taken on a first-come, first-serve basis to the pre-determined capacity.
